Our headquarters are located in Bodenheim, a charming town nestled in the heart of
Germany's wine region, 12 km south of Mainz and on the edge of the Frankfurt
Rhine-Main area. With our proximity to the airport and central European location, we

Your Role and Impact at Vinokilo
As an Event Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our events across Europe, which
typically last 2-4 days. Your responsibilities will include:

● Managing event operations (restocking clothes, assisting customers at the
checkout, welcoming guests at the entrance)
● Setting up event venues (assembling clothing racks and tables, displaying
clothes, setting up the entrance and weighing station), also Wrapping up after
the event (disassembling equipment and loading it into the trucks/vans)

You will typically be away for 3-4 days at a time. To be assigned to events, we ask
that you are available for at least 4-5 consecutive days twice a month.

● Developing and optimizing systems and processes to maximize operational
efficiency.
● Engaging directly with clients to ensure better service for future events.
● Leading and managing event teams.
● Reviewing invoices and costs of respective events.
● Achieving the budgeted KPIs for the events.
You will typically be away for 3-4 days at a time.

● Organizing our warehouse like a pro, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
● Packing and prepping orders that go all over Europe and beyond.
● Keeping the space clean, safe, and stocked.
● Helping with sorting, hanging, and arranging clothes like the fashion curator you are!

What You Bring to the Table:
● EU work permit
● A flexible mindset and can-do attitude.
● Basic English or German is cool—if you speak both, even better!
● Some computer skills (you’ll need it for inventory stuff).
● A love for organization and keeping things running like clockwork.
● Living near the Rhine-Main area.
If you’ve got warehouse experience or can drive a forklift—awesome! But if not, don’t sweat

● Research new and exciting venues across Europe to host Vinokilo events.
● Maintain proactive communication with venues to negotiate agreements,
contracts pricing that align with our event requirements.
● Collaborate closely with the Vinokilo team to conceptualise and execute flawless
events tailored to our brand for the upcoming season.
● Collaborate with Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure cohesive event
promotion, seamless setup and execution tailored to each unique event.
● Oversee Compliance and Safety Requirements by coordinating with Vanues.
● Develop innovative concepts that align with Vinokilo’s sustainable and stylish
brand ethos, bringing fresh and memorable experiences to each event.

Requirements:
● Proven experience in event planning and venue management, preferably in a
European context.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure beneficial agreements
with venues.
● Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
● Creative mindset to contribute innovative ideas for event concepts and execution.
● Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team
dynamic.
● Proficiency in English ; German and additional language skills are a plus.
